Our web design process at a glance

1. Kickoff Meeting
The first stage is all about us getting to know each other. I want to hear more about you, your story, business, goals and vision. We will discuss key messages and align on expectation.

2. Website Strategy
Based on our discussions, I’ll create a detailed document about the strategy behind your website and how we can optimize your sitemap to increase conversion. The sitemap will detail every page of your website and the content of each page.

3. Visual Direction
I will present one or two design directions to inform the site structure and design.

4. Wireframes
Based on our strategy, I will create wireframes of your website to act as the foundation for the webdesign. The wireframes don’t include any colour or images. This is so we can only focus on how the content is displayed.

5. Full Website Design
All unique pages will be designed based on the visual direction we discussed. We will also have a couple of rounds of refinement t ensure we are happy with the final result.

6. Web Development
I will build the approved design and copy in either Squarespace and Webflow. This is the time for final refinements, if needed.

7. Launch Prep
I will connect your domain and make final tests to make sure your website looks great across all devices. Once it is approved, your website is ready to launch!

8. Training
I will send you training videos so you can confidently manage your website moving forward and take advantage of everything this powerful marketing tool has to offer.
